Using a denford CNC MRC40 with VR MIlling 5
A couple of questions:
1. I use the basic 'open', then clicking on a .dxf file, then use the 'drawing import CAM' to create a fnc.
when i create the .dxf file, i draw a series of lines/curves in a loop, with the intention of clicking 'area clear' or 'raster clear', but when i come to select the loop of lines/curves, it selects them individually and does not join them into a loop, even when i click all around the loop, so i don't get the option to do an area clearance.
How should i draw the lines so they can be selected as a continuous loop. I tried grouping the lines but that doesn't work.
2. using the same 'Drawing Import cam' as above, if i want to do a cut at 10mm deep, using a 6mm dia cutter, it automatically adds an axta cut at 6mm depth. Can i disable this? I want to do my own incremental step downs and not use this automatically created ones?
