RH80-6 not clamping
hi, could anyone tell me what the diagnostic # is for the micro switch (on the FANUC control) that indicates that the turret is clamped on my RH80-6 turret?

thanks Russ

Re: RH80-6 not clamping
Hi all, I'm still having trouble with my Cyclone, I now have four overheat alarms (she's been off for over a month) #1007, 1017, 1021 and 1022. Does anyone know how to reset or what is triggering the alarms?

thanks Russ

Re: RH80-6 not clamping
Not sure where to start.

It would be worth checking that the 24Volts DC is present.

It may be that the memmory has been lost. (there is a battery pack on the side & if the batterys have gone flat & the machine is turned off then the memmory will be reset) You will need to do a restore if this is the case. Do you have a copy of all the parameters & diagnostics?
Re: RH80-6 not clamping
fixed! it was a 24v problem a short on the turret encoder, where I'd been trying to sort the intermittent turret clamp problems I've been having
